Terms of Service
& Licensing
Revised: September 2026 • Creata Co Studio Framework
Creata Co operates on a complete code and asset transfer model. Upon final settlement of project invoices, clients obtain full commercial ownership and sovereign repository control.
1. Architectural Engagements & Acceptance
By accessing our platform or engaging Creata Co for commercial visual production, Next.js software engineering, 3D WebGL spatial UI, or digital media architecture, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All scopes of work, milestones, and deliverable specifications are formalized in individual Project Agreements.
2. Intellectual Property & Sovereign Code Ownership
Unlike traditional agencies that trap clients in proprietary hosting platforms or recurring CMS license fees, Creata Co guarantees full intellectual property transfer:
- Web & Application Code: 100% full transfer of custom Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, and styling code repositories upon completion.
- Cinematic Media: Worldwide, perpetual commercial license for all color-graded 4K master video renders, photography suites, and motion assets.
- 3D WebGL Assets: Optimized 3D model meshes, shader code, and texture maps engineered for browser DOM rendering.
3. Sprint Delivery, Deployment, & SLAs
Standard unified architecture sprints execute across a 4 to 6-week deployment window. Web platforms are deployed to client-owned enterprise cloud infrastructure (e.g. Vercel, Cloudflare Edge, AWS) ensuring sub-second response times and zero reliance on intermediary agency servers.
4. Strategic Architecture Guarantee
Our 45-minute Live Architecture Sessions are conducted directly by senior creative technologists. If we cannot outline a clear, actionable architectural roadmap tailored to your digital growth, you owe us nothing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Creata Co engineers systems to the highest standards of the industry, including sub-100ms response targets and 99+ Core Web Vitals. In no event shall Creata Co be liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party cloud infrastructure outages beyond the contracted project scope value.
